Refund policy
Returns for Merchandise Credit Only:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions.
Personalized items and custom orders are not eligible for return or refund. Â
Additional non-returnable items:

- Items marked clearance
- Food items
- Holiday and seasonal itemsÂ
- Jewelry
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If unable to produce a receipt or proof of purchase, a credit will be issued for the current sale price of the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for return of the item. Â
Online Exclusive Returns:
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
Returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.Â
   Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the full return.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code, no worries we will make sure you receive your code via email.
Please allow  5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a merchandise credit will be sent to you via the email address you used when making your original purchase. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to process and the credit to be sent to your email address.  If you have not received a refund in the allotted amount of time, you may contact us at paintchipsandglitter@yahoo.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are unworn with tags attached, or defective or damaged. . If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at paintchipsandglitter@yahoo.com and send your item to: 110 West Broadway, Webb City MO 64870, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
Shipping:
All regular online orders are eligible for local pickup at 110 West Broadway, Webb City, Missouri.  All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. Business days do not include Sunday or recognized Holidays.

Up to $74.99 - $6.95 Flat Rate
$75.00 and up - Free Shipping
UPS and USPS will be used based on best service offer for the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a merchandise credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
