Regular Orders:

All regular online orders are eligible for local pickup at 110 West Broadway, Webb City, Missouri.  All orders will be shipped within 2 business days.  Business days do not include Sunday or recognized Holidays.

Shipping Rates are as follows for all online orders:

Up to $74.99 - $6.95 Flat Rate

$75.00 and up - Free Shipping

UPS and USPS will be used based on best service offer for the customer.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out. We are not responsible for your package once it has left our possession.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a merchandise credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Online Exclusive Items:

Online exclusive items ship within 2 to 10 business days of order. Items are shipped from an offsite location.
